This website is operated by Elite Property Partners, a QR Roofing and Excel Construction company. By using it you agree to these terms. The site exists to help you request roofing inspections, construction services, and real estate assistance in North Texas.
Estimates & inspections
Free inspections and pricing analyses are provided as a courtesy and do not by themselves create a contract for work. Any construction or real estate engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which controls over these terms.
Insurance claims
We document damage and meet your insurance adjuster at your direction. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance carrier; we do not guarantee claim approval. Nothing on this site is legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Content & availability
Site content is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available but make no warranties to that effect, and we may update content at any time. All trademarks and brand assets on this site belong to their owners.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Elite Property Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for performed work is governed by the applicable signed agreement and workmanship warranty.
