Elite Property Partners is the property arm of QR Roofing and Excel Construction — born on North Texas rooftops after hailstorms, grown into a team that now handles the entire life of a property: restore it, improve it, sell it, or find the next one.
Why one team does both
We started in storm restoration — climbing roofs after hail, learning how insurance scopes really work, and rebuilding homes across the metroplex. Do that long enough and you learn what a house is actually worth, down to the decking.
Sellers kept asking us a second question after the roof was done: “what would it sell for now?” Buyers wanted the inverse — someone who could look past staging and tell them what the house would cost to own. So we built the real estate side, with the construction company behind it.
Today that combination is the whole point. Our listings hit the market in better condition because our crews prep them at cost. Our buyers close with open eyes because our inspectors walk the roof first. And after a storm, our neighbors get a local number that still answers in February.

If your roof is fine, we say so and leave. The free inspection is free because trust is the whole business model.
